Took my older acoustic guitar to Thorold music after another Thorold guitar store said they couldn’t set the action lower because of a bit of belly bulge.(Basically told me it was scrap.) Thorold music had it for about 3 days and got the action spot on with a great set up. I would highly recommend. Thanks Thorold music

These guys were super helpful, always giving honest suggestions when it comes to something as simple as buying strings, what to look for in a guitar( bass, electric or acoustic) and also great when it comes to repairs, Leo is the man and great guitar tech. Will always support these guys as i have for the past 15 years when i first got into playing! Keep on rocking

Smaller store with an amazing selection of instruments and some instruments you won't find in mainstream music store such as L&M. Tried a couple of basses, and the staff member was nice.
