Thank you for taking the time and working into the evening to come deal with my flooded basement. I was impressed with your professionalism and advice, Derek. I hope I don't need you in the future but if I ever do, I know who to call.
We had a water-line break in Nov, 2020 that caused extensive damage in our house. We chose to have Steamatic oversee the entire 3.5 month restoration project from cleanup to completion, and were extremely pleased. Brad & Jay were quick to respond to our questions, even during "off" hours, and were ever willing to share helpful advice. Sub-trades were courteous, competent and cleaned up after themselves each day. We are grateful for the fantastic people who make up the Steamatic team, and recommend them highly!!
My husband and I recently had a flood in our basement. The Steamatic Niagara team was prompt and professional in helping with the cleanup! They had a team on site in about an hour and completed the whole clean up of our basement in 2 days! The staff were super friendly and efficient.Brad was super helpful and supportive in explaining the whole process and making us feel taken care of.Thanks so much to Steamatic for making a very stressful situation much easier to deal with!
