From the initial contact with the company to the final handshake after the move was completed, I cannot recommend this company enough. The professionalism and efficiency from the owners (Karine & Robin) and team was amazing and appreciated by us. The crew of gentlemen who moved us worked as a team, communicated with us and made the process of packing up your house in a truck under three hours seem ok because the same efficiency was demonstrated when unloading. This part of our move was without a doubt the least stressful and was absolutely seamless.
Just used Stacy’s for a local household move.
Given that moving is not a pleasant experience to begin with, Stacy’s took a lot of stress out of an otherwise nasty job.
From the estimate, to the loading, to the delivery, everything went as planned and discussed.
The crew was on time, friendly and very helpful.
I would not hesitate to recommend Stacy’s Moving and Storage.
We moved on the hottest day of the year so far (high of 31, feels like 43) but even under those conditions the team from Stacey's was absolutely phenomenal. The job was completed in one trip, 8.5 hours even though they took extra breaks because of the heat.
When a couch we had intended to put downstairs couldn't fit around the turn at the top of the stairs (and they tried all the could to get it down), they were incredibly patient with us while we had to change our plan for the living room to accommodate the additional couch.
