Katie was phenomenal! I haven't gone to do anything to my hair in years. I didn't know what I wanted but a coworker loves it here so I went to try it out. Katie was so knowledgeable and helpful. she gave me a cut I can manage easily, a colour that makes me feel fierce without having to worry about the "ring" when it grows out, and the best head massage when she washed my hair. I have fine, thin hair and she told me how to blowdry my hair so it actually has volume for the first time in my life. I'm beyond happy with my visit. she did such an amazing job!
It’s nice to have someone ask for your coat to hang for you when you enter. Also being offered coffee was a plus!
