Water heater started leaking. Called Reliance asap and they came to fix it in 3hrs! The plumber, Paul, was professional, neat and courteous enough to be careful moving the tanks through the house. Very satisfied with the service today!
Waking up and finding out your water tank is leaking is never a good morning. We called Reliance and they took care of everything. The tech was great and had use back up and running in no time with a new unit.
Steven B came as planned and was a very nice, respectful young man. He cleaned the furnace and checked the ac at two of my houses. He was professional and personable and showed he really cared. First time in a long time I got someone who enjoys his job and people. He goes above and beyond.
