Last night I had issues with my heat pump. After calling Reliance, I was told that my appointment was scheduled for first thing the next morning. True to their word, Clarke arrived in the morning, fixed my issue and checked everything over to make sure it was all in working order. Clarke was very friendly, professional and thorough with everything that was done.
We also discussed a hot water tank replacement, which we agreed on and had scheduled for within the hour. Again, true to their word, they came to remove and replace the existing tank.

Water heater started leaking. Called Reliance asap and they came to fix it in 3hrs! The plumber, Paul, was professional, neat and courteous enough to be careful moving the tanks through the house. Very satisfied with the service today!
