We found Rainmakers extremely responsive. Our previous sprinkler system company said they could send someone to look at our system in three week (in the middle of a hot dry summer). Rainmakers came by the next day. They arrived a few minutes early for their call and had it repaired by time we came home. They returned a few days later to add a necessary enhancement to our system that was the previous company had not addressed. The technician was very professional and knowledgable. Being in the quality assurance profession for 25 plus years I am the first to comment on poor service levels- as consumers need to know and good companies need this data to improve. That being said I am also the first to comment on levels of service that exceed my expectations. Rainmakers has proven themselves to me as a reliable outfit and one that can be trusted with your investment. Service level and site staff are very accommodating and reliable. A wonderful experience dealing with this father and son operation. They were honest with the quote and did an exceptional job. They did the job exactly when requested and even came back 2 days later after sod was installed to make sure everything was working to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend them as job was done for same price as other quotes but we got more heads 30% more as well as drippers for our potted plants on patio and front porch.
