Being a first-time homeowner has been daunting to say the least, and it’s been a challenge finding trustworthy and reliable tradespeople to assist with renovating the exterior which was left in an absolute state of disrepair when I bought it 2 years ago. Enter Permanent Siding & Windows. I reached out to them for a quote to have the siding on my home replaced and was pleasantly surprised by Emma’s quick response to my request; they even completed the job several weeks prior to when it was originally scheduled which was totally unexpected but definitely appreciated. When Darryl came out to get an idea of what I was looking for and provide the quote, he was friendly, knowledgeable, as well as extremely gracious and patient with all my questions. The quote was super reasonable in comparison to others I received, and Darryl’s communication throughout the job was stellar. He was in touch with me and onsite regularly to make sure things were coming together as needed. Jeff helped with the tear down of the old siding, while Scott and Mike did both the teardown and install (siding and window capping). I cannot express my gratitude enough for the entire team, but especially Scott and Mike. I am beyond impressed with the quality of their workmanship and the finished product is even better than I could have imagined. I have so much respect for their skill and the care they put into all aspects of their work, and deeply appreciate that they cleaned up the site at the end of every single day. They were lovely and did such phenomenal work. I am absolutely thrilled at how it looks and that it has really secured the exterior of my home which was the primary reason behind replacing the existing siding. As a whole, I am truly impressed with the Permanent Siding & Windows team. And without question, they went above and beyond in all aspects of this job which was no easy feat given the original state of the house. Navigating home ownership has been quite stressful, but the folks from Permanent Siding & Windows have made it a heck of a lot easier and reminded me that there are some wonderful trades people who take pride in doing beautiful work. I will be recommending Permanent Siding & Windows to anyone that I can. They are absolutely fabulous!
