John came to clean my ceramic floor and grout in my kitchen and bathroom. He was excellent, courteous and did a great job. He even reduced my bill as I was asked to have a sealer put on my floor but when he came he suggested to not get the sealer based on my grout. I would call them again for any of my floor and carpet cleaning. Great job. Thanks John! My ceramic floors look brand new!

Excellent service and response from PCS from the moment of my email inquiry. Andrew arrived exactly on time (well within the hour promised); he was very friendly, courteous and professional. Fully explained the procedure and process. The result of our multi-item upholstery cleaning is excellent. Like new!

Had pcs to clean my rugs, Stacey Clarke came to give us a quote, and she did remember were we used to live it was so nice to see a familiar face, carpets were clean to a very hight standard as always by a very professional cleaner his name was callum very nice gentleman, I still recommend this company after so many years of using them, thank you PCS, the Hollingworths
