Well, I had a problem (my problem, not theirs or the product) and they bent over backwards to help me, and solved it. Kudos to being operated like a business where customers matter. Old school style!!

Interiors by Better Shade did an amazing job with my window coverings!!Excellent customer service from start to finish…right from the designer Anne and to the installer Matt both were amazing!!!THANK YOU ‼️

These folks are amazing! Took a couple of shutters in for repair and they fixed them on the spot for me while I browsed the showroom. Super friendly from the moment I walked in the door which immediately set the tone and made me feel like I was being taken care of. Thanks so much! Will definitely recommend!
