Love this store! We always seem to have difficulty finding our cat's kibble, but this location remained diligent and found our brand. Staff are amazing, hard working and so kind! Glad to find our new pet food store - thanks Scott Street Global Pet Foods, St Catharines!

As a new puppy owner, finding a great pet food store was important to me. I visited a handful of pet stores before trying Global Pet Foods in the Grantham Plaza. Immediately I was greated by friendly staff that took the time to help me fine what I needed for my very picky Frenchie. The store is nicely set up with a significant amount of healthy food, and treat options. I have had to switch foods due to my puppies allergies and a staff member literally took me around the store reading ingredients with me! I am sorry I can't remember your name! Great customer service is very hard to find and you will find it here along with what you need for your pup:)

The level of knowledge the staff has is quite unique. I believe the owner himself helped us and spent a good ten minutes going through different brands and genuinely wanted to help us find a better food for our dog. Terrific service and the store is well organized. I definitely recommend this actual location. There’s so many places you can choose but this store has a familiarity to it. Well done.
