Enercare has been our Go To for our every “around-the-house problems” since our residence in Scarborough. However, after retirement and our move to Niagara Falls, being senior citizens already, we relied more and more on their services. We have purchased every services (maybe one more left) they have offered to us that have come in handy as we have called them several times. The servicemen that came to our home have come more than once, since it is a small area so same people are able to come for the same problem. They have felt to us like our family. Grant was excellent when he visited my home. He was able to provide additional next steps as our furnace required replacing for a safety issue.
Took a star off for my initial call to support, as I was specific to our issue and was sold a maintenance package that did not include service calls, so had to call back and change the package to the correct one. That being said, the call was booked for the following day. Quite happy otherwise.
For plumbing needs Enercare is also the best. Henry G and Steven D are plumbers extraordinaire. Combine that with Glen Greschuk The King of Home Comfort and Enercare is a powerful combination. For the absolute best in home comfort, plumbing, electrical and water purification.
