Excellent company ! 10 star !!!!! Called thwm a couple yrs ago , my A/C went cahoots, they sent someone right out. Jack was amazing and helpful !Today my thermostat caused a/c not to work properlyI called last night and left a voice mail that it was an emergency because I have a medical conditions which worsens with heat, my phone was ringing by 730 and they sent Elliott right out by 8, excellent service, friendly, knowledgeable, fantastic customer service and my A/C is up and runningThank you Castle !!!!!!
