I wish I could give more stars. Absolutely AMAZING, PROFESSIONAL service. This review is on behalf of my mother in law who is in her 80’s with breathing issues and her family. During the heat wave last week her air conditioner quit. The technician came out to asses it and confirmed that the 30 + year old unit needed to be replaced. We called to set up an install appointment and they said they could do it the next day. When they checked their schedule they were fully booked so they said “ I guess we will be doing it today.” While the technician removed the old unit, the owner drove the new unit from St Catherines to Port Colborne. Way above and beyond what we expected. The unit was installed and my mother in law can now breathe easier. Thank you so much Brian Easton!!!!
I purchased a 3 ton A/C unit , 50 gallon water heater and water filtration system from Brian Easton ....they did a great job - it was ordered and done in a few days, a really fast and neat install. They went the extra mile in replacing my leaking water valves . Special thanks to Adam,Kevin and Mike who spent the time to explain what i needed and what they doing during the installation. The entire process reminded me of their father who had done excellent work for me 2 decades ago. They service what they sell and one is confident that they will be there to help in the future should an emergency arise. This is a great comfort that only comes from a locally owned family business.
Purchased a new hot water heater from Brian Easton HVAC; was very pleased with every aspect of the transaction! Installers Kevin and Terry were polite, efficient, knowledgeable and left the workspace neat area neat and tidy. Shannon in administration was a pleasure to speak with. Excellent customer all around!
