I went here late July to replace my dead dyson vacuum with a nice Miele unit.

I believe it was AJ I spoke with, who was very helpful and kind. He listened to what I was thinking in terms of the Miele model, and helped me understand the minuet differences between models, and ended up saving me a few hundred dollars for a near identical unit.

Very pleasant man, very knowledgeable, and passionate about the industry.

Would recommend to anyone! It's not often a business owner would talk a client out of spending more than they need to, but AJ is very honest and wants the best for you.

I have a 30 year old Kirby, which is unbeatable. When it stopped working I thought that was it. Hold on though I brought it here and low and behold he got it working. I really appreciate the experience I had in dealing with A and J vacuum and I would highly recommend them. We'll done guys.

The owner was great. He was very helpful and had great prices. If you require repairs from him or you are handy with a few questions he is willing to help you. Great customer service

Rick started working in the vacuum industry in Guelph in 1982. Moved to the Niagara Region in 1987 and worked at "Doug Roy's Vacuum Repair Shop". One month later it was bought out by "Come Clean With Us" where Rick worked for 9 years as a central vacuum installer and repairman. In 1996 Rick purchased the business and with his wife Pauline has successfully run A and J Vacuum Supplies ever since, and has never looked back. Today Rick and Pauline are working together as a team ensuring the Niagara Region will always get the best product for the money.
