Our 2 doors were installed very professionally. The 2 men were very knowledgeable and informative. We will now get the basement windows done and have asked for the same 2 men. 5 stars
I called Steve late Friday afternoon (Feb 24th,2017) to report a broken latch system on my front door. I could not open the door and had to go through my garage! I still had the dead bolt so I told him there was no rush to fix. He came within 45 minutes to check out the issue personally, and then at 10:30 AM Saturday to put a temporary set in place while we waited for the replacement to come in. I have ordered all my windows with this company as well and I am always impressed by their superior service and friendly staff.
