Asked for an inch taken off all around, came to an agreement on how it should be handled... long story short instead of the agreed upon inch being taken off, it was more like all three I had... not a very flattering look if you ask me... staff were nice enough I guess

I called to make an appointment here. I spoke to "Lindsey". She asked me what I needed done. I said "wash, cut, blow dry and styled". Lindsey asked for my name and phone number, then she gave me an appointment with "Yolanda".The next day, I arrived ON TIME for my appointment, that's when Yolanda told me she could ONLY wash and cut my hair because she had another appointment scheduled in 30 mins.I HAD TO LEAVE THERE WITH MY HAIR STILL WET!!!I have NEVER experienced this kind of service EVER at any hair salon!!
