Had an appointment for Mike to come measure for a new cover, after being 45 mins behind and me leaving messages at the store, texts and emails I finally got a hold of someone. All Sue did was make excuses, when I asked if I could have a discount on the cover for now being over an hour behind and showing your customer their time is valuable she said "NO!"Five stars to Lucinda for always being so friendly and helpful, Sue could take a couple pointers from her about customer service!

Went in and had to leave from how rude the owner was to her staff. I’ve heard the same from a few people that have been in the store. Would much rather see a more respectful place if I were to give them my business

We couldn’t be more thankfully for Lucinda’s prompt communication and knowledge! She got our complicated order together in a timely fashion, and notified us when everything was ready to pick up. Once we got the pump and filter running, we tried to get the pool clear and failed miserably. All it took was a water sample and she provided step by step instructions written all out and our kids will be swimming in just a few days.What a journey, but we couldn’t have done it without her at Patio Plus and Pool Place.Highly recommended!
