Dr Fergusson and Dr Amelia are both great. Not sure if they are same doctor, now that I think bout it. But still, great doctors, listened to what I had to say and didn't dismiss what I was saying. Genuinely cared and discussed all options of care with me and was informative. Let me ask questions and make sure I understood what was going on. Highly recommend them.
I have been a customer for well over 20 years. I honestly can't say enough about how great they are. Everyone from the front desk to everyone we don't see. They are just amazing to deal with so loving and caring towards the animals and the customer. They are willing to help even if it means a payment plan. I can't thank the people at smiths falls vet enough for everything they have done for me and my animals.
We just moved here and the day after we got here we had to bring my old friend in because he wasn’t well. We got very bad news and the staff was so caring and wonderful with us and him. It honestly felt like they had been our vet for his whole Life the way they treated us ❤️
