I took my Volkswagen to Hanks tire to get my winter tires put on. My car is new to me and as well as the winter tires and stuff so I had a bunch of questions when booking the appointment and Mark ( I hope I got his name right) answered the phone, and he was so patient and kind and answered all my questions. It was actually really nice. I brought my car in had the tire switched out and left, and the whole thing was a great experience. I definitely recommend these guys. Thank you!

I arrived in the late afternoon with an unfixable flat tire. I needed the tire immediately. Both they and I knew that I was in no position to bargain for a good price.

I happened to blow a tire right in front of hanks tires ,they jumped into action and quickly helped me get 2 new tires on my work trailer , I highly recommend them for your tire changing needs and anything else they do they were fast , courteous, friendly and very accommodating.
