They were kind, considerate, helpful, understanding, trustworthy, polite, and provided excellent service despite our recent "Snowmicron". Reasonably priced, what more could one possibly ask for. They definitely will be my go to auto shop for my 17 year old Subaru Baja. As a newcomer in town I truly appreciate and am thankful for the service that I received. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great service,appointment was at 2pm,my car was in2:02pm and everything was done by 2:30pm,super fast and friendly service

My wife and myself started using Derbyshire's when we first came to Smiths Falls, when Rob had his mobile service in 1995. We have tried almost every autorepair and service center over the years and have always come back to Derbyshire's. We have recomended them to everybody we know and have never had a bad experence. When you find a service center that you trust, and after all these year are treated more like family than just another client, why would you ever think about going anywhere else?
