I have been going to queensway for over a decade now for various animals. They have been nothing short of amazing. My poor dog Bronson just had an emergency surgery on his paw and we were met with a vet I have never dealt with before. He was structured, thorough, and came up with a game plan ensuring permission and that I was comfortable prior to commencing. They were extremely quick with the procedure, and I was able to pick him up same day. The list of medication doses and instructions is extremely thorough and very easy to follow. The whole team was fantastic. I will never switch my vets and am so glad I have stayed with and continue to use queensway for all my fur baby needs!
I would recommend Queensway to anyone! The amount of special care they took with our Meeko, exceeded our expectation. Every member of the staff is so friendly and each and every one of them treated our dog like he was their own. Even though he was there for months of uncomfortable treatment for his leg, he loved being there and he misses his weekly visits. Thank you all for taking such good care of our Meeko 💜
My visit on March 13, 2023 was excellent. Wait was only about 10 minutes. Dr. Joanne was superb....spent a great deal of time with my Beau and we dealt with some issues regarding his seizures. Testing for levels is now done on site and results in less than 20 minutes. Joanne (receptionist) was great on the phone getting my dog's prescription sorted out.
