I drive an hour because it's worth the drive every single time. Nick is a professional and extremely honest mechanic. I wouldn't trust my car with anyone else. He takes time to explain everything and he even tries to work around my work hours. Definitely goes above and beyond for customers. Very good people vibe at this garage! Again, worth driving an hour for.
Always have had pleasant business with this shop for the last 3-4 years. I go here mainly for tire repairs/swaps/change overs. It’s an excellent shop and they are busy, (which means they are a good shop) so it’s ideal to make an appointment before going.
Being Sunday this garage was closed. I had a flat tire and had pulled off norfolk street and parked at Queensway garage..thinking to get CAA called. A nice couple from Brantford had pulled in and parked at the garage as well. I braved it and walked up to their truck to ask if he might work there. No he didn't but him and the female with him were so eager to help get my spare put on. They obviously knew about vehicles than I did! He had the car lifted but it started to slip down before he could get the spare on. They apoligized that they had to get back to Brantford.
