I had an amazing experience today with Christina! She was knowledgeable and honest when giving me my pedicure and shellac manicure. She worked on some damage that was caused by a previous nail tech who used improper technique. She was also so friendly and made the whole experience feel like I was speaking to a friend. I can’t wait to continue coming back for my manicures and pedicures going forward. Highly recommend!

I went to Florian clinic about a month ago and had a positive experience with a skin consult. I ended up buying 175 dollars worth of Eminence skin care. Unfortunately, the skin care created my skin to rash and become much worse. I returned today looking for help as my face was rashed and blistered. Instead of the staff acknowledging the products created this issue, the staff there blamed my gut health and said "i don't know if you have gynecological issues", blamed the weather, and blamed me for not listing any allergies. I don't have any health issues or allergies... it was the skin care that was creating a rash. The staff then stated she would give me a free product only if I buy a mist. I stated I didn't feel comfortable with buying products that make my skin burn. She explained that I wouldnt get the free products with out the purchase. I inevitably bought the mist for 40 dollars in hopes that this new moisturizer was the solution. Coming out of the appointment, I felt very disappointed in the customer service and feel like I wasted 215 dollars.

Had a great and, frankly quite life-changing afternoon learning about our “colours” today! Thankyou Brendalee and Florian clinic!!! Much appreciated!
