We have a GeoThermo Furnace and Hank at D&B Climate Care was our service guy who came to our home. Very personable, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. We are sure happy to be part of the D&B Climate Care family as we have a service contract with them. We are snowbirds and with a service contract we have full peace of mind while we are away. I would highly recommend D&B Climate Care.

Excellent customer service. Their technician Josh who came to complete our annual furnace inspection was professional, punctual and helpful when answering all my questions. Happy we chose D & B for our maintenance program, gives us peace of mind and we know should anything happen that requires a service call, we will be in excellent hands when they have technicians like Josh.

It wasn't an emergency, but they were still able to send a technician the next morning at 8:30 a.m. He was on-time, friendly, and did a great job of explaining the issue and offering options to resolve it. Second time we've used D&B and have been pleased both times. We will continue to use them for all HVAC needs.Services: HVAC system maintenance
