I've always had good experiences at pearle vision, but the orillia location has excellent staff. Jesse helped me get my glasses today and she was so encouraging. Can't wait to get my new Pradas!!!!! I will visit this location for all my future glasses :)

Very professional and a polite staff. Very knowledgeable when it came to finding my glasses and ended up with 2 pairs! Awesome place and will go back for my 3rd pair and recommend Pearle to anyone needing new glasses at a great price with exceptional customer service.

From start to finish, nothing but an amazing experience. The people are so wonderful and extremely knowledgeable. This was our second set of glasses from here and nothing but great things to say about them. We even got an different employee today on pick up, and he too is fantastic. Highly recommend!
