We first had Luke in to provide a consultation for a new floor in our front foyer. Luke was on time and provided a detailed quote and a timeline of when we could expect the work to be completed. The work was completed as scheduled and we are very pleased with the end result. Luke was prompt and the workspace was cleaned after each visit. He was professional and courteous throughout. We then discussed a second (very large) project with him to have a large covered timber porch constructed over our patio. This included a new window and garden doors to the rear yard. Once again the work was completed on time as promised and to our exact specifications. He is a perfectionist and is easy to work with. Unfortunately my wife now has a few other projects she would like him to do...(all in good time). I would highly recommend Kerr Building Solutions for your next home improvement project.
