This was my first session of massage therapy with Linda and she is phenomenal. She’s so sweet and made the whole experience feel so comfortable for me. Firstly, it was so convenient to book online and I was able to get a same-day appointment (which is so rare). She did an assessment upon arrival and then while performing the massage she was so attentive to my problem areas. She communicated with me the whole time and helped me understand why certain areas were tense. She was very thorough and helped me work through some of the muscle tension and knots but also made sure I was never in too much pain. I had my first treatment with Linda today and it was such a great experience! She was very attentive and made me feel comfortable right away. She listened carefully to my concerns, explained everything clearly, and worked on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling so much better and already noticed a big difference.
