I had Harveer and Vim support me on an issue with my lawn. It seemed that on a previous visit the technician got too close to the grass and burnt it. Vim came and checked it all out and told me that he would make sure to take care of it and get it looking brand new. Harveer came the next day to apply new soil and seeds.
