Varant is the most professional flooring person I’ve ever worked with. He is punctual, honest, positive, and willing to work with any project you have. An amazing job on my floor. Small or big job, he’s your guy.

Work completed: carpet to hardwood, all stairs, second level flooring, new pickets/posts and handrail refinishing.
Regarding the work itself, the job was done well. Regarding fit and finish, it left a bit to be desired. Baseboard trim work is not perfect in some areas, finishing of handrail is not perfectly smooth (One guest mentioned the roughness of the handrail compared to what was finished previously and felt perfectly smooth), less so than existing, and vertical alignment of handrail is off compared to before. Basement handrail is loose compared to before. Lastly, the finishing between stairs, handrail, floor and tread nosing is all different.... read full review
