A job well done. I needed to change the main valve in my house. Ryan was very helpful and patient to wait for the city staff to turn off the water to my property. Unfortunately the person cannot turn the valve and had to make another request to change the water box outside the house. In a few days the team of staff came to my house unnannounced to do the work. I had to call the company to try to get Ryan to come and do the job. The lady at the office was very nice and contacted Ryan who came quickly and did a good job quickly. Fantastic for me because I don't have to call and reschedule water turn off again with the City. Thank you Trouble Shooter and Ryan. Merci Beaucoup.
