She is always aware and respectful of my budget and time, and comes up with very creative ways for home exercises. I have been seeing Jen for all my aches and pains for several years. Naturally, I followed her when she started her practice uptown. She's very thorough, and doesn't just work on one body part. If I come in with neck pain, she looks at my overall body and health, provides amazing and effective treatment, and easy to follow home exercises. She doesn't believe in spending $$$ on equipment, and will always recommend more budget friendly options. She's very friendly, and makes me feel like my recovery is her priority.
