After 2 entire days of my mobile network service going on and off due to a switch from a physical SIM card to an eSIM, and trying to get the eSIM to work on a new device, and having been placed on hold for many hours by multiple reps over the phone, and visiting a different location (absolutely no one was able to help me!), I was at my wits end when I finally visited this location for help. I dropped in new year’s eve at the last minute to get the iPhone 14+. Martin went above and beyond to offer me the best service. Even hooked me up with some extras. Later, a family member dropped in to have their new phone configured and Martin, again, went above and beyond to help them. He was very patient and helpful. The other staff were very polite and professional as well. Thank you Martin, you are amazing! This guy needs a promotion & bonus!!

Sad..5 staff putting in a shift...no business ..all on line...I returned old hardware after dumping old Rogers $315 per month nonsense for $170 $75 off Ignite deal..I fear this store must close if they don't get some work...Still very nice staff took care of my returns..
