I am most remiss for not having acclaimed Holly a “Rock-Star” long before now. Holly has the answers to get me back on the ice and keep me there. Over the years I have elected to pass on the Biosteel masseuses for Holly’s maintenance back in West Hill. Her easy going but committed approach assures me I m in the right place to “keep me going” Thanks Holly and Team
Dr. Way is a miracle worker. My shoulder injury felt better after the first session, and continued to improve with the stretches he gave me. My only regret is not going to him before it became an acute problem. His staff is also very polite & professional, especially the lovely Emma.

Let me start with the two at the reception: they are super nice, always smiling, and making immediate eye contact to acknowledge you. Very professional over the phone too.
Farhad (physiotherapist) is a true expert in the field. I have followed him from another clinic, and even though it is a longer drive now, it is definitely worth it! He customizes multiple methods/treatments for each patient, ensuring everyone has a unique routine to achieve best results.
