“Really great place for workout classes. The energy and instructors is always on point. Parking can be a bit of a pain but there are lots of side streets so I always leave a few extra minutes early. Highly recommend!“
“Got an assessment, acupuncture, massage and was shown stretches to help my lower back pain all in the first session. Everything helped pretty much immediately. I went for a follow up the next week and was given some more stretches. Continually doing these I've pretty much fixed all my issues. Couldn't be happier“
