The experience I had was great, Mr Kwok guided me through what I needed to know, He wasn't condesending, Let me know what to expect...and how a consumer proposal worked. I'm now not worried about debt, I have a plan and a future. Again, Thank you Mr. Kwok!!
The service and professionalism was impeccable. However, it was the kindness and seriousness of their operation that I appreciated the most. I never felt like a random client. There was a genuine effort to care for me, address my concerns - professionally and personally - and made the whole process easy.
My issue as a student and having debt was really hard, however the Help from MNP is 5 stars and they deserve the review of my unbiased opinion.Couple things i want say and to keep this review simple :-> Helped kept things simple-> Made sure you had a clear understanding-> The process went smooth-> Solved the issue as said and settledLastly Too MNP group and Augustine Thanksthese things are really complicated sometimes and the team kept it professional and simple !!!!
