Asement very cold so we called Metropolitan. They provided us with lots of expert knowledge and laid out our options clearly with the pros and cons which will come in handy when we try to determine our next steps. Steve and the team replaced my rental water tank. The service team arrived as scheduled, courteous and friendly. There were in and out under 2 hours. A clean and tidy and a job well done. They have replaced my furnace and AC in the past and would not hesitate to use Metroploitan again!
