Finding reliable folks to help with anything is rare, but Tony was great. We had a new townhome balcony that needed to be assessed, and Tony had excellent bedside manner, communication, and expertise. While the cost for an assessment and report was pricey, it gave me the reassurance I needed.

I had a roof leak and Tony came to check on the issue. The response time was quick weather permitting. Aside from the roof leak there were other issues that Tony pointed out. Tony gave some recommendations that is reasonable for the current situation. Unlike other roofers/contractors who will immediately say the entire roofing needs to be changed. Tony is knowledgeable, honest and takes pride in his work. The place was left clean and all the debris were taken as well. Most importantly you need a person who does the job without taking short cuts.

I had developed a leak in my roof due to an ice dam, which warped some of the plywood sheathing under the shingles.I contacted Tony at 9am on a Friday. He called me back at 11ish and was able to stop by at 4pm to do an assessment. He was able to do the job on Wednesday.Tony gave me an explanation of what the problem was, and what he was going to do/did to fix it. He gave me plenty of options for what I could do, ranging. No pressure. No salesmanship. A very reasonable price for the work. They cleaned up after themselves and left no mess. He and his partner were professionals and were a pleasure to do business with.I definitely recommend Metro Roofing. When my roof needs to be completely redone in a few years, Tony will be my first call.Services: Gutter repairs
