Our cleaner consistently does a great job at every visit. She was efficient, pleasant and quick. Deborah even puts hotel folding for all the toilet rolls. We look forward to having her every month.

So very pleased with Ashley and cleaning staff. They followed my instructions and had time to do an extra chore. I am just as pleased with the Dispatch, so accommodating when I need to switch or cancel days. Everyone is kind and patient.

Update: Seeing my review, I was contacted by the management, and they assured me they would do it right, which they did! The lady who came yesterday did her best to finish the job. She saw what they did last time and addressed them. What a difference! I hope they will do the same in the future with all clients on their first attempt. It is important to understand the needs of the clients. A clear set of communication and instructions should be there from top to bottom. This is always the key to success.
