I booked a one time clean for my parents. Stephanie not only helped me with setting up the service, but came out to do a quality inspection, she is very detailed. I am very happy with merry maids and will definitely call them again in the future.
Deborah came in alone and took 2.5 hours to fully clean my 3 bedroom home. I was initially worried that a full house cleaning by one person might get overwhelming but she was thorough and such a sweet lady. I’m a happy person now looking at my clean home :)
The management team is very easy to communicate with. I would recommend setting expectations with a team member so they can leave a note with the cleaner ahead of time. Barring that, speak with your cleaner. We had Cathy, and she did a great job. She was very receptive to any feedback and even redid certain areas if I felt they needed a little extra! We did the deep cleaning option, and asked her to focus on the bathroom and kitchen. They look great!
