Although a few hiccups in the beginning, we ended up incredibly happy in the end. Picking the carpet was easy as they had a huge selection and friendly staff there willing to help you out. Even though it was a very akward condo to work on, they did a quality job - while another company didn't want to touch it. Our floors look great!!

They did a great job on installing new carpeting on my staircase. I was out of town and they entered through the lockbox and did the install. They cleaned up so when I returned I could enjoy.

I got quotes from a few places in the GTA (all the others were 10-12k) but I could tell as soon as I contacted Lifestyle Flooring the service was different. We did a beautiful Grey luxury vinyl, installed beautifully with a 5-inch high baseboard and it looks amazing. But what impressed me the most was the old-school customer service. Mel (the owner) is the type of owner that will patiently answer any and all questions, go to lengths to keep you in the loop, research the best price for the baseboards, accommodate your schedule and requests.
