I'm not usually one to write reviews, but I feel it's important for anyone hesitant about taking their car to Level Auto to know that my experience was outstanding in terms of both service and price. My service tech, Mark, was incredibly personable and took the time to explain my alignment results in detail.
While waiting, I noticed how Mark interacted with other clients—he went above and beyond to ensure they fully understood any issues with their cars. Across the board, the staff at Level Auto struck me as honest, friendly, and knowledgeable, treating every customer with the same courtesy.
Hello, want to recommend Level Auto for alignment work. I have a 2011 VW Golf wagon that needed rear toe alignment badly as it was chewing up the rear tires. The service adviser was GREAT,(polite/friendly/explained work and the results of alignment) the Technicians were GREAT (polite, friendly ) and did the job perfectly. Compared to CanadainTire(the last garage I went to see), there are no comparison. Level Auto for alignment deserves a 5 stars rating where as CDN Tire deserves a 3 star at most. I've had my car in twice now and both times they were respectful, honest, and on time. They never tried to upsell me on things I don't need and were able to diagnose a problem that 2 other shops couldn't. Highly recommended!
