My mother, who is 99, had hip surgery. Nasty stuff. I could not be in Toronto to visit my mom in the hospital so flowers seemed like a good idea. But I’m a guy, eh! What do I know about flowers? So, I phoned Lavender Rose Flowers. I wanted delivery that same day, which was an unlikely scenario. However, a very pleasant young lady bent over backwards to help me. Under normal circumstances delivery would not be the same day. I understood that. But this wonderful young lady managed to get me an arrangement and get the beautiful flowers delivered to my mom in the hospital that very morning. I don’t know how she did it. She worked a miracle. And my mother was very happy.

Very nice and helpful people. It was very hard to hear me on the phone because I was very upset trying to order flowers for my cousins funeral. The ladies were so patient with me and helpful. I was able to order a beautiful arrangement and it will be delivered on time.

I called Lavender Florist to get a bouquet for my sister’s birthday. I spoke directly with Mary and indicated the price and that I wanted flowers that would be colourful and hopefully long lasting.
