We just made a purchase at the Scarborough La-Z-Boy store. Ana was our sales person and Shauna was the designer. They both were very patient and full of ways to make our room look nice. The store manager Shawn also dropped by to help. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and I will be goin back for any future furniture purchases.
Our experience with LaZBoy was very good. Our salesman, Ying Wu met us at the door and showed us the item we had spoken about over the phone. He explained all the details, priced out the product compared to another one we looked at. We tried the upgraded temperpedic mattress. We are very happy with our Leah Love Seat sofa bed. We took the upgraded mattress and very pleased. The colour blends well with our other furniture. If we have a need in the future for other furniture we will certainly check in with LaZBoy.
My husband and I visited the Scarborough location on Saturday December 27/25 and were greeted by Ying Wu. We were looking for 2 high back recliner chairs. Ying was very knowledgeable, professional, patient and very helpful. This is the third time that we bought furniture from this location and we have been very pleased each time.
