I am sorry to mention this, I got a haircut recently, in the name of calling it layered she was cutting it everywhere she thought it will be the correct way.She seemed like a nice person but will not recommend for a haircut! If you are still thinking for a cheap haircut for sure it’s the cheapest one you can find.
