I liked the salon, and the trim was good. unfortunately there was a little bit of a language barrier that made it a bit hard to communicate. I was there a total of 30 minutes, hoped and paid for a haircut but my mistake for not having a photo example or more direction, so it turned into a trim. I would say the cut was 7-10 minutes and the wash and blow dry was the rest of the 20 minutes. Otherwise the hairstylist knew what he was doing, it seemed like he could do it in his eyes closed… the experience was my own fault.
I got my hair dyed here and the color turned out even better than I expected, and the whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The stylist really listened to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The salon is clean, welcoming, and professional!
I’ve been to a lot of salons over Markham but this is definitely the best one yet!
I started by messaging them for a consultation on instagram and went in for my appointment a week later. From start to end, the staff were so nice, patient, and professional, answering all my questions. I wanted a cut and dye to red and it came out so good, the hairdressers knew exactly what to do while also taking care of other clients. Their attention to detail and customer service are unmatched. You can definitely tell the entire team is experienced and work together very well.
I will definitely be returning in the future!
