He made it his mission to get us going with A/C so we can resume normal business operations. “The crew was punctual. The two technicians were polite and easy to work with. The only thing surprised me was when I booked the duct cleaning service, the lady told me that a tool called spider would be used. However, the technician said they didn't use the spider, but high pressure air. Eventually, I phoned the company and the company owner, John, explained to me that they don't use spider in residential properties and high pressure air is enough. I hope the company could explain to the customers up front to avoid surprises. Other than that, the technicians did a thorough job. I could hear the debris being sucked from the duct in the basement. I would say the job was completed better than my last cleaning. I would have given it a 5 star if there was not a surprise. Thanks, crew.“

“I have been a customer with Cambridge Heating and Cooling for the past 7 years when I had a new AC and Furnace installed. I have a Trane system that has been working flawlessly (except for a fan motor on the condenser that failed), but that’s not their issue. They sent someone out and got the replacement done under warranty except for a labour charge that wasn’t covered. I have been fortunate during that time of ownership to have had the same technician - Omaer who is knowledgeable, hardworking and thorough! I keep my system very clean but I can see by what he does that he genuinely cares. Easy to talk to as well. I have had very few times to call in to the main centre but those interactions are often well received too. Keep up the good work!“
