This is my first time to the yoga studio. The instructors Wenbo and Fiona are knowledgeable and friendly. Some bending actions are difficult. They encourage you to do these in an effective safety way.
I’ve been coming here for a couple of months now and have really enjoyed both Sandy and Linna’s classes. Well-paced, and beginner-friendly, while also remaining quite challenging. Classes are almost always packed so you know they’re legit! I look forward to coming every week and improving on my flexibility, balance and strength- it’s now part of my regular exercising routine ? Highly recommend!
I love Hot Yoga Wellness! It is my fav hot yoga studio in Toronto. The instructors are very knowledgeable and the classes are fantastic. I’ve also done the aerial yoga classes and absolutely loved them. Highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for a challenging yet fun hot yoga practice in the GTA.
