    What a scam! Misquoted her from the beginning and wouldn’t admit to their mistake. Also refused to refund us money. Don’t use! Fraud!

    Was told that the new thermostat was going to be a smart one to match our google home. They put in a cheap Honeywell. When I asked why not a smart one they wanted 250.00.Left the box and mess of the thermostat on my floor. Scratched my new dryer and did not even screw down the new heat pump to the frame that they stood it on.
