Working with James was one of the highlights of our entire home renovation process. He is professional, courteous, and fair with his pricing. He expertly guided us through the design process; he came out to our house to measure and explained exactly where everything would fit. We were complete newbies to the home reno process (and are the type to not know their way around Home Depot lol) but not once did James ever show any frustrations with our numerous questions. His installation crew was courteous and treated our home with respect. They did not speak english, but that was okay. Keep that in mind in the event there are any lingering installation details or just call James. Overall we are thrilled with our kitchen and it just makes us so darn happy every time we look at it. Did I mention we have a lazy Susan sneakily built in?? Thanks James! Would highly recommend Fortune Kitchen and Bath.

James is absolutely phenomenal and he goes above and beyond for his clients to ensure that they're happy. His prices are VERY reasonable and I'm saying this after having shopped around for months. The thing I loved most about working with James is that he's not pushy at all and he doesn't try to force anything onto you. He took the time to educate me on designs and was super patient with me, creating 3-D builds on his software for every idea I had. Attached are a few pictures of the island I asked for, noting that this design is completely custom and was created how I wanted it for the space. I wanted something simplistic and practical and that’s exactly what he delivered! I will definitely return for future renos.
